One More Small Blip Just Off The Radar

So what do you think of deja vu?

This evening, I announced that I was going to go upstairs and relax in the Jacuzzi -- something not all that uncommon. It was about the normal time I would go up -- assuming I chose to go up -- and take a relaxing bath.

But tonight, tonight I decided I would go up 10 minutes later than normal. I didn't really have any reason other than I wanted to wait 10 minutes. 5 minutes into the delay, the drain hose on the dishwasher decided to rupture, sending water allover the kitchen. Had I gone up at the normal time, sitting in the Jacuzzi with my earphones in, I never would have been the wiser -- not until after the break would have done its damage to $15k in hardwood floors.

So what is that, really?

Well, for right now anyway, it's a really big savings in my pocket, and another question I'll wrestle with.
